Lovin' the little things.....

1.Wreath making. I've been collecting a few bits and pieces to make a new wreath for our front door. A garland of tiny pine cones, a repurposed garland of doily off cuts and a wreath which Mum found at the thrift store for just $1.00. Now I just need to find the time to put it together. It may need to wait until next year!!!
2. Picking fabrics for a custom order.
3. Friday was a happy mail kind of day. Leather shoes from 'all about HEIDI' and the loveliest of gift wrap from 'bespoke letterpress'.
4. Sending some of my own happy mail out into the world.
5. Christmas card making. This was a really simple little project for Millie to do. I used a white crayon to draw pictures onto watercolour paper and then  got Millie to add watercolour paint over the top.
6. Our mint bush is flowering. I think that says alot about the current state of our vegie patch.

I hope your weekend has been a lovely one. This time of year is so hectic, but I love it. My Christmas baking is under way, my shopping is complete and I'm working on a few handmade gifts for friends and family. How are your Christmas preparations coming along?

Happy days to you!

    1. I don't think Millie understood the whole concept but your little Sunny would be the perfect age for it. Have a lovely week. Melinda x

  2. Kids get the best clothing and accessories, I would love an adult sized pair of those cute leather shoes, perhaps all wrapped up in that amazing paper under the Christmas tree? Santa did you catch that??
