With less than a month to go before I can officially put up our Christmas tree/decorations I've been gathering inspiration for creating a natural/woodland styled theme. I'm having a change this year. Gone are the bright pink and lime baubles of years passed! I'm welcoming a more rustic colour palette this year, white and natural timber/linen with just a hint of gold (or maybe silver). I love this look and I've gathered the above images for inspiration. I must hunt down a pine tree so I can make a gold cone garland like the one on the bottom right.

I'm loving all of that Christmas inspiration on Pinterest at the moment :) I'm hunting down things that I can do together with Sunny, including making our own decorations. I think these are the times to make memories and keepsakes with her because she's more than capable with her little hands... I'm adoring your glittery gold collection (as always)...
